Why is the Company interested in Collaborations with other Real Estate Agencies?

As we continue our expansion on the internet and geographically we need to collaborate with more Business Partners.

Our main business historically has been to the East of Malaga, but as we expand to the West of Malaga, further to the east on the Costa Tropical and inland, opportunities are opening up for working smarter rather than harder. It makes sense for us to share our clients and properties with agencies that are in a better geographical location to deal with such opportunities and enquiries and in turn it makes sense for them to share with us.

In normal economic climates it is hard enough for businesses to expand, but in the current crisis it is even more difficult. This is way it makes sense for businesses to work together with a common goal of making money.

Because of our brand names: 'Buy A Home Spain' and 'Rent A Home Spain' we naturally receive enquiries relating to the whole of Spain. If you are in a different part of Spain we could pass those contacts over to you.

This opportunity to work with us is not restricted to agencies that are just in the south of Spain: indeed it does not rule out the opportunity to collaborate from anywhere in the world. Maybe you are a real estate agency in the UK, or Scandinavia, or the USA or Russia or anywhere: maybe you only sell or rent properties in your own country. This does not stop you starting a business selling and renting in Spain using our properties and your clients. We have people coming to us from many different countries. Why don't we work together to expand your business without all the costs invoved in setting up a business in another country?
