Why is the Company interested in Collaborations with Individual Entrepreneurs?

As we continue our expansion on the internet and geographically we need to collaborate with more Business Partners.

Our main business historically has been to the East of Málaga, but as we expand to the West of Málaga, further to the east on the Costa Tropical and inland, opportunities are opening up for entrepreneurial individuals to take advantage of our development, help us move forward more quickly and make money for themselves.

What is the Company’s Philosophy with regards to Collaborations?

In normal economic climates it is hard enough for individuals to start up their own business, inject enough capital to make it work, overcome challenges such as cash-flow problems and then survive the rigours of competition and general trading, but in the current crisis it is even more difficult. This is why it makes sense for businesses and individuals to work together with a common goal of making money. We have the established successful business model: if you have the time and professionalism we can work together and we can be flexible so that you can work the hours that suit you.

If I live in the south of Spain, how does this work?

Our head office is in Torre del Mar, some 29 km east of Málaga.

The staff who are based there cannot be everywhere, so if a someone asked us to list property that was a long way for us to travel we could utilize the services of a ‘freelance’ agent to do this on our behalf.

Similarly, if someone else wanted to view such a property with a view to buying or renting it, we could again utilize the services of a ‘freelance’ agent.

In either case we would pay the agent a share of our commissions.

We would, of course, give any necessary training, so although experience is always useful it is not mandatory.

What if I live in a different country? How does that work?

Many of the clients who buy or rent from us either live in, or originate from, a country other than Spain.

Either by using personal contacts, advertising (local, regional or national) or linking in with real estate companies outside of Spain, you could provide clients for us and again we will pay you a share of our commissions.
