Rent a Home Spain - About us
The concept of Rent A Home Spain evolved from the business and personal experiences of its founders and owners.
Their background in property in the UK formed the basis of their decision to open a Rent A Home Spain S.L. using their 20 years experience in three important areas of the property market:

Their approach to business has always been that they use their personal experiences to formulate a business plan. So in all three key areas they "did it for themselves" prior to advising others and before operating on behalf of their clients.
Their experience in Spain started with the purchase and rental of holiday apartments both for themselves and for members of their family. In 2001 they purchased their own villa so that they could spend more and more time in Spain and then in 2006 moved to Spain on a full-time basis.
At this stage they purchased another villa for the family to live in and successfully rented out their other one to holiday-makers. It then became an obvious step to turn this part time interest into a business.
In the current environment the rental market seemed an excellent area in which to operate for a number of reasons:
Whichever way you look at the market, there are increasing numbers of people wishing to rent out their properties to the ever-increasing number of people who want rent from them.
Our job is simple. It is to bring the property owners and the potential clients together as efficiently as possible so that both parties can get what they want quickly and without problems.
